Ordering & Shipping Policy
1. Kitchen & Catering (Pickup & Local Delivery)
Ordering: All catering orders require a minimum 48-hour lead time. Orders can be placed directly through the website.
Pickup: Available at our Louisville kitchen. Please arrive during your selected time slot to ensure food quality.
Local Delivery: Available within the Louisville metro area. Fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.
2. Apparel & Kitchenware (Nationwide Shipping)
Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and pack your apparel and kitchenware orders.
Carrier: We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping applies to all merchandise, with Free Shipping on orders over $75.
Kitchenware Note: Due to the weight of certain kitchen items and spice tins, shipping costs may vary.
3. Combined Orders
Important: If you order food and apparel in the same transaction, your food will be scheduled for your chosen pickup/delivery time, and your apparel will be shipped separately via mail.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Food: Due to the nature of catering, food items are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
Merchandise: We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused kitchenware within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
