Breaking Bread Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

​We want you to wear your gear with the same pride we take in our craft. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  1. Return Windows

Returns: Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

​Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, exchanges are available within 45 days of delivery.

  1. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

​Unworn and unwashed (no kitchen spills, please!).

​In their original packaging with tags still attached.

​Free of any scents, pet hair, or signs of wear.

​Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like water bottles or heavily used mugs cannot be returned once opened or used.

  1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the shipping costs for any items that arrive damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
