Chef Chuck started Breaking Bread in 2019, cooking outside on the corner of 4th & Winkler
From day one, it was a hit. Breaking Bread gained many supporters by word of mouth and its customer base grew and grew. After one week, Breaking Bread had gained success not only with the people in the area but with the owners of the Speedy Mart where he was set up.
Breaking Bread eventually grew and opened its door inside of WWME nightclub on Fern Valley Rd. Two weeks later, Covid-19 struck the nation.

Most small businesses had to rely on delivery services in order to stay in business. Chef Chuck decided that he might as well do the same. So he created a new menu and website and advertised Breaking Bread as a meal delivery service.

To test the delivery service, Chef Chuck first had close friends order and try it out. They all approved. So advertisment began as well as the take off of a new beginning.
